By providing consent to share insurance information, you are helping our schools access additional funding to continue these important supports.
- There is no cost to your family.
- Your insurance coverage, benefits, and deductibles will not be affected.
- Any reimbursement goes directly to the District.
- Your student will continue to receive the support they need, whether or not you provide consent.
